Seems to be quite effective in hastening the recovery from rotator cuff injuries. I do wish each pill had a little bit more potency though, considering the price of a single bottle. Suggested.

There isn't much collagen in these capsules, so I doubt it's helping. Their ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is inexpensive. They cost a lot of money. Spend less and get some high-quality collagen and extra vitamin C.
